Elle concerne la prise en charge de l\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 chez les patients de moins de 18 ans et met l\u2019accent sur une approche globale&#x002C; centr\u00e9e avant tout sur des interventions non m\u00e9dicamenteuses visant \u00e0 promouvoir un mode de vie sain.<\/p>\n<p>La recommandation souligne que l\u2019initiation d\u2019un <strong>traitement m\u00e9dicamenteux de l\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 n\u2019a pas sa place en premi\u00e8re ligne<\/strong> chez les enfants et les adolescents. Lorsqu\u2019un m\u00e9dicament est envisag\u00e9&#x002C; sa prescription rel\u00e8ve des soins sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s et s\u2019inscrit toujours dans le cadre d\u2019une prise en charge globale associant des interventions non m\u00e9dicamenteuses. M\u00eame lorsque l\u2019enfant ou l\u2019adolescent est suivi en milieu sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9&#x002C; le m\u00e9decin g\u00e9n\u00e9raliste conserve un r\u00f4le essentiel dans l\u2019accompagnement&#x002C; le suivi et l\u2019information du patient et de sa famille.<\/p>\n<p>Le message du r\u00e9pertoire comment\u00e9 des m\u00e9dicaments a \u00e9t\u00e9 adapt\u00e9 conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 cette recommandation (voir <a href='https:\/\/www.cbip.be\/fr\/chapters\/6?frag=16386'><u>5.2.
